I'll look at the things they're doing. sometimes the salate or other things look bad. but the door was closed. register to order online and use the side door. had to have known that it was a mistake. I went ahead and ordered from my truck and sat in the truck for about 10 minutes. then went in and waited for another 10. They looked like they had worked two people and everything was prepared from themselves. I came to the house to find very little rice and meat in the 3 burrito dishes. everything was cold. only 5 minutes from home. the shredded cheese had a big scraped in it that seemed frozen. later I see the Chipotle trade that talks about how everything is fresh and prepared before you. that doesn't have to know. I wish I had read all the negative reviews here before I ordered.
About 8 minutes late on scheduled ready time ... but ... a Friday night with a long line waiting to order, so glad I ordered online and an 8 minute wait not intolerable. In fairness the crew was hopping and doing their best and everyone is under staffed. But Chipotle should look at promised time and when it's missed give a bag of chips or guacamole for the inconvenience. Food was very good.
