I used to be here regularly, but in the last two years this place has taken a NOSEDIVE. I've been forgiven for a while, but now it's inevitable. Sort all reviews from the latest on Google, and I promise you 'll be happier you ate somewhere else. Most of the time, you can't get into the building because the employees lock the doors to stop people. No reason, probably just so they don't have to clean. They force you to order online a majority of the time I go, but I don't trust them anymore. I simply leave if I can't order personally because I refuse my time to wait for pathetic meals and a wrong order. I ordered for ASAP while I stood outside and it took 45 minutes. Other times, I order CANT online and I show that I need to reorder personally. I literally never know when to order in person or in the app. Would you like to order 1PM so you can pick up at 2PM? It could be at 2:15 or 3PM, but it will certainly not be on time. There is a solid chance that your order is also wrong. You could close early, or they could stay open until advertised closing time, but this is a guessing game you play. I saw everything, and today was the last reason I never came back. Not a single chipotle in the St. Louis area is as bad as this, and they all earn my money more than this place.
