My wife and I have eaten here on several occasions, unfortunately on this occasion our regular dish had run out, therefore we were asked to wait whilst more was prepared. At fist we were happy to see that the male preparing the food was wearing blue food safe gloves whilst scooping noodles out of a large container. He went on to take rubbish bags out of the bins wearing the same blue gloves, then collected more food containers from the basement. He then continued to touch the noodles whilst cooking them wearing the SAME pair of gloves. As if this was not bad enough the second staff member was seen preparing food, handing money and BLOWING HIS NOSE without changing his gloves. Needless to say we got up and left.
Went there last week for lunch and had the meal deal. Have to say it was really nice and tasty and generous portion. My favourite is the salt and pepper chicken with noodles aswell as the caramel chicken. Its good to see them do well and im sure il be there again very soon !!
We saw chopstix on a previous visit to the shopping centre, this time we had more time! All food freshly cooked and for fiver meal deal a bargain, hot and tasty, next time probably go for a large at £5.50 to take out!
Been here 3 times now and so impressed to find my favourite sweet and sour chicken available at lunchtime. It’s great to eat out of the carton too so you can take it away if you want to. £5 for rice and 2 toppings.
