Church's Chicken

Worst drive through experience ever. Lady taking orders couldn?t mutitask. Would stop talking mid order to talk to people at window getting their food. Which fine.. we tried being patient but then we Tried ordering a 12 pc family tender meal with two large sides which is what it stated on the menu. She kept trying to tell us it didn?t come with the sides. Then kept asking us to repeat what we said because she was too busy focusing on what was going on inside rather than taking our order. We ended up driving away. Won?t be back to try this place.

almost $3 paid for an additional wing. drive with my command gone to find out that they didn't put the wing there. second time in the drive thru (at least 25 minutes) they tell me that they have no wings and can give me a refund for the wing. I said you're making me $3 for an extra? Finally he gave me a breast, but it was easy. everything is too expensive. they go thru qait too long. they sell things they don't have.

Horrible. Got my order all wrong. Forgot the large potaotes and gravy. Young lady had no clue how to ring up their menu items. No prices listed on the family meals. 8pc family meal with 1 side and 4 biscuits is $23! I used to work at a fast food place and I remember selling 8 pc chicken meal for 7.99. won't be going back

Horrible customer service, chicken is old. Rude employees. The corporate team need to go for an audit of this location. Will update with a picture soon. One gentleman was sitting in a chair and the Cashier roled her eyes once we asked if we can pay using a card and cash. This was June 25th.

Hit and Miss, sometimes it's good, sometimes not so much. I was here and they were actually from chicken. They seem to be understated.
