This restaurant is fucked away and if I didn't have my GPS, I could have run right by. Parking is limited on the back and if you park on the side, make sure that you have an off-road vehicle like the vehicle to deal with the significant road diving, otherwise say goodbye to your car suspension. It wasn't the best Italian food I ever had, but it was jumps and borders above the American Italian and reminded me of Italy. We tried the pizza and pastas, the pizza had great flavors, but the crust was a bit thicker than what I experienced in Italy. The house chianti is worth trying. The staff made an amazing job and was friendly, friendly and made the family dinner a great experience. We have heard that they sometimes have live music, we haven't experienced it when we were there, but we plan to go back, explore the menu more and try another house wine.
The food here is amazing! Service was exceptional. We started with an appetizer Cuori di carciofi al forno con gamberetti (Baked Artichoke hearts with provolone cheese, garlic and parmigiano, served with tiger shrimps and had Saltimbocca alla Romana (scaloppine with prosciutto, sage and mozzarella in a white wine sauce. Served with sauteed vegetables and spaghetti aglio e olio. for our main course. Before dinner they served us the best fresh baked bread. I cannot recommend this place enough!
We fell into this pit that left a crash. Don't make the same mistake. Too much garlic and too few creative or healthy recipes. It's a shutdown stop - from another time. Time for a total takeover. Yes!
Staying in Encinitas on weekends and we came across this charming restaurant. Delicious food, great service and a killer look at the Pacific Ocean. Absolutely perfect.
