Cochon Volant Bbq

I'm so glad I found this place. The meat here is so good and tasty. I love everything about this restaurant, including the pig theme on the outside seats. You have a wealth of possibilities in meat. I'm not a fan of Cornbread, but the ones they have here is undeniably delicious. Staff on Sunday morning are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I believe prices are fair for the quantity and quality of the food we receive. This is definitely on my list of Sunday rendezvous.

This was near where we were staying and decided to come grab lunch before heading to our winery reservation. I got the brisket sandwich with their fries. Sandwich was filled up with brisket. I liked the fries, it was a bit spicy, so beware if you're sensitive to heat. Fries were a bit spic

The brisket sandwich was delicious, just the right amount of smokiness, tender, not dried out. We didn't feel like it needed the side sauces. Freshly made, perfect french fries, the best cole slaw! Local beer on tap.

Amazing BBQ try the Carolina Style sandwich. The best BBQ in Sonoma County. Try the lavender lemonade.
