the hotel is located in the shopping center springs (locally still known as jump gardens), between next and JD sports. now called coffee delight, but so far known as bb and coffee beans I am not sure whether it actually changes the hands in this name or not, or if it was only trade names. they really like the basic snack food (not mcdonalds type,) food like panini, muffins, toastie’s, steak slices, sausage rolling etc. They have a slushie machine and serve hot and cold drinks. they have a series of coffees, but not so a great choice as cafe nero, but then again their not pay these prizes. they have offers like tee or coffee and panini or tee and coffee and toastia. they are very protective or their use of toilets (customers only,) probably because the center has no toilets and I assume they would be used constantly for their toilet facilities, and frankly it would really eat in their running costs and personal costs. the springs should install toilet facilities after all these years (I know that the rentals are large for retailers). the drinks were fresh and toastia and panini were prepared and in a refrigerator that is fore faving so that the customers can see what they have.
one of my favorites, I found only one member of the staff that had no manage. coffee is good eating good, just making comment, it is quite loud to get with so-called music. Oh dear decided to roll this to try wish I had 't harassed it was tastless overboiled and totally unbeatable. still with 5* 'but only because of many previous, more pleasant visits
it is rare for me to write an evaluation based exclusively on customer service, but I feel very much that nicole deserves recognition. she is proud of her work. she created a wonderful atmosphere that I and my family enjoyed
