I have been visiting this pub for quite some time, but have recently faced rude, unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour by the assistant manager Tori. This has been on multiple occasions, and have had similar feedback from others visiting this pub and having issues with this particular team member. Other than this staff member, the pub is decent, albeit overpriced for the area.
Fabulous for family get together, perfect buffet, lovely food, gracious staff, thanks especially to Pedro, although all staff were great. This was a surprise party for our 90 year old mother/nan. We were 17 in total all ages and not the tidiest or organised groups. We were looked after so well, could not have picked a better venue
Relaxed atmosphere and very nice food. Fast efficient friendly service from all the staff. Thank you Georgina for today’s super service.
