Aarberg's lovely main square boasts an impressive range of restaurants. Thanks to the many positive reviews I decided to have lunch here - in the Brasserie part. Most of the guests were regulars, which is obviously a good sign. Overall I really enjoyed my lunch - despite a slight misunderstanding at the beginning. The tenant lady made me aware of the different salads and informed me about the dish of the day...but did not hand me the full menu! Fortunately, she asked again a bit later and I could then have it. I wish I could receive the full menu spontaneously.From that moment the meal became simply wunderbar - delicious dishes, along with a very friendly and attentive service team. The menu is Swiss traditional, with focus on fresh and seasonal produce. I began with a simple yet delicious starter: poached egg with spring mushrooms. The portion proved generous and the sauce to die for! As main course I chose the Simmental veal steak served with vegetables, tagliatelle and lemon sauce. Definitely one of the best veal steaks I've ever had - the meat was tender and perfectly prepared. Unreasonably I indulged myself in a delicious warm chocolate fondant for dessert, served with berries and whipped cream.The bill amounted to CHF96.50 - slightly pricey, given that Aarberg is in the countryside. However, the food quality and friendly team are definitely well worth it.

a very great restaurant! cosy atmosphere and charming hosts. the food is, how shall i say, good, good, good!all of us had different dishes but it was a big pleasure for all of us and everyone would liked to have his neighbours meal!and wine, wine of course, go and have a look ... you will find what you need. it was just great. thank you

I had dinner there with my mum. Her Curry with scallops and mangoes was excellent and my asparagus raviolis with an amazing mushroom sauce were delicious. The evening was wonderful, special thanks to the superb young waiter who did a great job.

With the Junior-Chief a new experience with great ideas in the sense of a fusion to the asian cuisines. And this in addition to the high class culture of this traditional restaurant. well done Pesche, keep on going this way.

In this restaurant you never get disappointed.Grat food, great service , wonderful decorated and wonderful flower decorations.
