Cooper's Hawk Winery Naperville

Food was delicious. However, when I ordered the Black and Bleu skirt steak salad I was informed that it was no longer available and was no longer going to be offered. (That is unfortunate as it is one of my very favorites My second choice was the baramundi (also a favorite) , but again I was informed that it was not available. Both were on the menu, however! I was very disappointed. I think the items on the menus should have at least been lined through or the wait staff should immediately inform the customer that the particular item (s) are not available. Although the bleu cheese burger I had was delicious, it did not make up for the items I would have preferred. I asked to speak to a manager, spoke with a young man and told him how frustrated I was. He apologized, but made no gesture to make up for the negative experience. I found out later he was not a manager, but someone who oversees the tasting room. I was informed the “management” was in a meeting. My husband and I have been wine club members for several years. We frequent the restaurant in Naperville regularly. I have never been as unhappy with a CH experience as I was yesterday. Pamela Pulice

We were there for a romantic dinner to celebrate my girls birthday. We were put in a room with tables. Pretty secluded. I had asked for one of the best seats in the house. This was not it. Being in the main dining room would have been better. The food was mediocre at best. We both had appetizers and steak for dinner. My girl asked for medium well. Came out well done and chewy. Very surprised. One appetizer was cold. On the bright side our server was pleasant

Always have a wonderful time and meal which is why we are also wine club members. The staff is always so knowledgeable about the food and the wine. What’s really impressive is that they all speak so highly about how much they love working there

Started our evening with wine tasting. Our server was incredible, kind, and so insightful. Our server for dinner was the same way! Never made us feel rushed. Wonderful experience
