very friendly staff. this is the only costa I have ever said that I had free drinks on my Costa card. a mistake was made with a drink, but they were happy to correct it quickly. a good stop for coffee and cake!
We had a lovely pot of tea and blueberry muffin at the Costa Coffee located in Next today. The lady was so polite and friendly. She made each and every customer feel welcome. Thank you!
