What a welcome! From reception to restaurant and bar staff to room staff. Everyone's at the top. The rooms are pleasant, bright and impeccable hygiene. The breakfast. Although a little expensive is complete and of quality. The dinner is perfect, worked, rich in flavors... The location is nice but remains very far from the center of Arcachon (mandatory car). Points to review: Some trays to share at the Sterne bar would be appreciated when you don't want a meal at the restaurant (like the Thaluzur de St Jean de Luz). The big negative point is accessibility to the marine route (only between 6:30 pm my arrival time and 7:30 pm on the evening of your arrival. We have to get here at 4:00 to enjoy it! And in the morning, you don't have access to the room at noon! Not ideal to benefit from the thalasso when you spend a weekend of 2 days. The room then becomes too expensive with so restrictive access to the thalasso. Really a pity and no one knows how to explain this rules to Thalasur Arcachon. It's all the more frustrating than the thalasso, there's nothing to do in the corner and the city centre of Arcachon is more than 4km away by car.
We took 2 packages for a half day, and the third person had 2 Instant Wellness Care. The site is very beautiful, quality infrastructures, water is at a very good temperature, hot. We had a very pleasant time. With regard to care, the development of remineralizing algae was satisfactory, only the point he missed explanations on the various stages (slowing, deflating the mattress) that can alter the quality of the relaxation and the person in charge of this care was a bit abrupt. The staff was a little cold. We recommend this very beautiful center for a moment of quality relaxation!
I just spent 1 great week with 4 cares a day, 24 care in all, adorable and listening employees, a super indoor and outdoor pool with super nice swimmers masters, thank you for my dressing. For the hotel also welcome and team to the top I will come back, the room very beautiful, clean and quiet with a nice Zen and modern decoration and a great bravo for the gourmet chef meals I have feasted...and the breakfast is very copious. Well deserved as happiness, next year
Basic and small spa. Non-reusable flip flops are charged (4€ , as well as for poor quality bath caps. A simple towel is lent while people on the spot enjoy a bathrobe. The “Marine Route” is only a swimming pool with a few jets and a jacuzzi area, a sauna and a steam room. Given the price it’s a little light... The surroundings in winter are frying, a shame not to highlight the basin.
