Picture this. Beautiful summer evening, wonderful wooden terrasse covered in greenery, great atmosphere, friendly service and amazing food. This restaurant is an oasis of peace and gastronomy in the crowded, hot, bustling madness that is the French Riviera in summer. This is not the first time we’ve eaten here and we’ve never been disappointed. Last night we shared the Aperitif plate with gazpacho, zucchini tempura, soubressade on little toasts etc. Followed by Pata Negra pork cooked with teriyaki sauce. A delight. Dessert was a raspberry pavlova and a carpaccio of pineapple (in a brave attempt to try and stick to the diet! . Can’t recommend this restaurant enough and wanted to thank the lively waitress who spent time as a student in Wanaka, South Island New Zealand.
