Cougar Bar And Restaurant

I went to this restaurant last night with some friends and it exceeded my expectations! I missed happy hour sadly but the food drinks were phenomenal! I ordered a Paloma and it was nice and strong how I like it . My main course was the Churrasco Marinero which consisted of: skirt steak, shrimp in garlic sauce, rice and black beans on the side. I got my steak medium and it was juicy and cooked to perfection! The portion size was great also, in the photo attached, about 3 inches of steak was tucked underneath in order to fit onto the skillet! Overall it was a great experience. I have been at Agave several times. The food has been good and the drinks exceptional. Everyone is friendly and the service is good. The only thing is I dislike their dried lime. Even when I request more it’s still dried out. I had a Mango margarita and seafood soup. Definitely recommend and I will keep going back.
