coughs are known for their massive vegan baked delicacies (donuts, pastries, biscuits, medailles, cupcakes, sausage style roll, cheez tweezers, vegan bacon bakeries, plant milk for drinks etc). nice friendly staff, business always looks clean. there is a comment below about the vegan items not to be vegan, that sounds just like a case of out date marketing, so instead of leaving a bad review, it is probably better to inform only them if they see something confusing, or to ask the personal directly how they undoubtedly have an allergen book. sean coughlan (from coughlans) is very active on social media, so it is probably better to mention to him what an innocent mistake could be, instead of putting a business that is very hard trying to veganize its rich. down to coughlans is that as a lunch place it is all very “inferior” eating. they used to sell a really nice hummus/pepper sandwich, but stopped selling it a long time ago. it would be good to see the back, and maybe something like a vegan cream cheese / spinat fullmeal sandwich etc.

coughlans bakery has the most of her sortiment vegan hearty and sweet bakery, biscuits, muffins, roasted and fresh sandwiches, broth and cakes too! They still serve a few non- vegan items. her coffee is a large selection of plant-based milk alternatives available.

I'm not confident that what I'm buying is actually vegan. For example, the pure salad baguette is indicated as vegan, but also contains milk (can not contain).
