HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Literally nothing like the pictures.. all these reviews seems fake when you really walk in. FIRST THING I NOTICED WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD!!!! ?unprofessional. I wanted to have a good experience but to top it all off the cashier was rude! You can?t even Make and ONLINE ORDER!!! When you finally get to order it?s expensive and doesn?t taste good!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND
The food is worth the wait. For a soul version of seafood, this was good and I am a picky eater. The crab rice is a signature side and the fried shrimp was seasoned to perfection. I look forward to ordering again. I would recommend that the owner do the Taste of Winter Haven to broaden the clientele because more people need to know about Crab Craze.
I love the way they serve their food. The shrimp is delicious and so is the rice and the sausage. I've only ever ordered through a door bag and I've always enjoyed everything from this restaurant. The crab cakes are bombs. Come on. I recommend this place very!!!! I?d post a picture of shrimps but it?s in my stomach already lol
Eating is the best. Be ready to wait. It's worth it. You'll be happy. We live 2 hours away and were in town for youth football. We'll be back.
