i ordered 3 drinks and 2 slices of cake for £30 for delivery. first i was called after i placed my order and was greeted by a rude women over the phone saying i had to pick another slice of cake because they were out of stock, which is fine but came across very rude and said i had to choose something else and that i wasn’t allowed a refund. when the delivery did arrive i ordered 2 oreo milkshakes one large one regular and one large cookie crumble milkshake and they all were the same flavour and all came as the same size, so they sell 2 different milkshakes flavours when in reality they are the same. we then called them to say that all our drinks were the same size and same flavour and was again greeted by a rude women over the phone coming up with loads of excuses and no apology and no offer for any type of refund. portions are tiny for the cakes also. do not order food from here awful service and tiny portions.
Beware on delivery service !! Ordered online via Facebook took my money via card then got a call to say they no longer deliver to my area and I have to wait 3-5 days for my refund . Plenty around my area and last time wasn’t as good as before oh well maybe they should make it clearer collection only
We stopped here for dessert choices and we were not disappointed. Everything looks delicious, but we ended up with sundaes. They were a great value and the taste was the best we’ve found in the UK! We look forward to coming back.
The driveway is certainly fun to get through but there is plenty of parking around the back of the restaurant. If you want great desserts, then this place certainly delivers. Lovely options, all fresh and delicious.
