What the hell to do in a creperie in the Landes? Well avoid the many formatted tables of Vieux-Boucau and enjoy pancakes and crepes from the Saint Jours restaurant which are tasty, copious and for some even offer a meeting between Brittany and the South-West (I 'm talking about the very successful amatxi with its perfectly stewed piperade! .
