The best Indian food in the portland metro area, without question. I don’t live nearby anymore, but when I did I would eat here often. Had dinner here for the first time in 4 years, and the quality hasn’t changed a bit. If it hadn’t been 100 degrees out, I would have ordered the Chai tea, which is easily my favorite thing on the menu. It heals the soul, I swear. I like the palak paneer and my partner loves the chicken makahni, but we’ve had the tika masala, lamb vindaloo, and just about every tandoori dish on the menu. All of it is scrumptious. Try the lunch buffet if you can, so you can get a taste of everything!

We ordered a number of dishes. The Navratan Korma was excellent, as was the garlic naan. The vegetable Manchurian didn't speak to us, but I can see how other people might like it. The onion Kulcha was surprisingly spicy. I enjoyed it, but it was a bit spicy for my wife. The dessert display was fun as I haven't seen that in many Indian restaurants. End result, we'll be back to try more of the dishes.
