what was this?! the tents were literally disgusting. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 80s, the heater is really noisy as soon as you turn it on, it's dark and not comfortable and cozy at all in the tent. The only good thing was that the beds were new. Also the tents were not only from the inside dirty, they also had brown stains on the outside, which kind of looked like mold. The Curry Village Area neglected and loveless. They could make a lot out of it but they don't (maybe the money is missing). Of course, the location is great. You can start tours from there directly and sleep in the park, but that and the pizza are the only good things in Curry Village. I tried romanticizing it because it definitely has a 80s vibe, but that is just because there were no renovations since the 80s lol
Of course, it's camping. Let's call it clamping but also basic. Checkin was rather easy but our person wasn't really in the mood to explain a lot. Just gave us a map and said everything is written there. Our cabana was pretty spacious offered two double beds and was close to a bathroom. Unfortunately it wasn't very clean, there was dirt and some snack wrapping from previous visitors as as many spider webs. But that's probably what you get, living so close to Nature. The bathrooms were pretty clean right after the cleaning times, although very old, but I'm my opinion too little for the amount of people. Also, it wasn't so cheap compared to other hotels. However, it was a great experience and people who like camping will not find anything bad here.
Never experienced such miserable and rude staff in my entire life!! Needs an overhaul, in particular in the main food hall!! Work somewhere else!!
Rented a nice cabin for two days at this location, has horrible service phone wise but it was a lovely cabin with wifi regardless
