Following recommendations, made our first visit to this restaurant. A warm evening so sat out on the upstairs rear terrace. Anna greeted us warmly and helped us with our choice from the menu. I started with the Thai pawn soup without doubt the very best Thai soup I have ever had full of fresh herbs and al dente slivers of fresh vegetables and a generous portion of super fresh meaty prawns. A dish I will remember for a long time! We both had the top set meal (only 17.50€ . Starter an assortment of delicacies (several meat and prawns each special and a large fresh but light spring roll with prawns fresh herbs and loads of mint inside hit the taste buds. Our main course was duck breast (it is the South West with ginger the meat not overcooked and loads of ginger, again loads of taste. Deserts as per usual asian restaurants. We had a demi pichet of wine from the local winery (Montels one of our favorites. Including aperitif, coffee and digestive just reached 30 € each great value great tasty food cooked freshly by obviously a talented chef friendly service. A meal to remember we will be back. We came to this restaurant as the recommendations were good. We had an excellent meal, very tasty and great value. The lady who owns the restaurant is delightful and took the time to chat to us in English. Nous avons pris un repas excellent et déliceux. Bon rapport qualité/prix. La serveuse était adorable et elle a pris le temps de nous parler en anglais.
This afternoon we had a sumptuous, original, homemade Vietnamese lunch here. Prices of separate dishes and menu are very good. For the 14,50 menu, you are served an entree, a choice of basically every dish from the menu and a dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant, with it’s friendly, hospitable service.
The welcome was warm and service friendly efficient with plenty of time to enjoy ambiance and good food. The dishes we chose from the €18,80 menu were well presented the ingredients were fresh and deliciously flavoured. We shall certainly return !
