If I could put zero stars I would.I went here today (Hamburg) with my husband. We ordered 26$ worth of food. 2 Chicken baskets and two icecreams…The fries were cold, soggy, with no salt. Chicken was average at best.He ordered a Blue Misty. Which is supposed to have icecream in it. The girl taking our order could hardly speak english, and didn’t understand. We tried to clarify. But we received the wrong drink.I went inside to correct this mistake, and as the drink melted in my hand, I waited and waited.Finally the girl asked what I needed. I told her the problem and her response was “I asked if that’s what you wanted, I can re-charge you if you want.”ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! YOU ARE NOT charging my card again for Your mistake. Customer service is dead. This place was dead empty, and I now understand why.To the owner- your employees are the face of your company. I would be more careful when hiring people who do not understand BASIC customer service. We Will NEVER be back here. And I will never allow my company to order from here again, either. We used to spend thousands of dollars a year here. You’ve lost a huge customer.
