Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Horrible place to eat! Don't know why anyone would give this place anything other than one star! Incompetent employee charged me $6 for a blizzard instead of applying their .85 promotion and refused to refund me the difference! The staff manager was of no help and refused to do anything about it AFTER 25 minutes of pointing out her employees error. This place has to rank among the worst in customer service and professionalism, don't waste your money or time here!

Ice cream was melted when they handed it to me out the window. I waited 15 minutes in line after I had already ordered my food to then be handed melted ice cream at the window! When I asked them to flip the blizzards over (like they're supposed to) they said no and handed me the melted ice cream. This is ridiculous service from someone who is known for their ice cream.

It's crazy how they advertise there blizzard packed with the topping but when you actually get it to it looks just like ice cream no topping. Then if you ask them to put more they want to charge you. There service is also very slow.

Order took way too long, and the place was not busy. Sundaes were already somewhat melted. Small portions, and a hefty price. Had to wait 24 hours after downloading the app for .85 blizzards.

The entire crew was nice and fun and seemed to be having a great time.
