Like how u respond after a year for my review, I responded late by reviewing your food. We had eaten at your restaurant by 2018 Diwali. Mr. Ramakrishnan was the person who served us. Are u gonna say this also didn't happen. The dishes weren't authentic n we didn't like it. Kothu parotta was too oily, dosa was not crispy or thin. Flavours Wer also disappointing. What record you maintain for people who has visited your restaurant, to say they haven't?? Responding to your review I can only edit and give my reply. Dakshin was running under the shelter of Gloria S Eck. I came along with my husband in Nov 6 2018. You can find his review under the name Santhanakrishnan(local guide) with 1 star. We just wanted to give our honest opinion about our experience so others don't experience similar situation. If you just think you are smart enough just to say everyone who gave bad reviews as they were never at your place and be rude to your customers keep up your tricks and good luck.
The only place for south Indian cuisine in Nürnberg, or rather south Germany. The food has been fine since the initial days, however I had expected improvements in standards of hygiene with time. In this regards it seems the move to inner city was actually detrimental. We were quite excited that the restaurant moved in the city, but were immediately shocked by the dungeon type atmosphere. Drinking straws provided with the drinks were immediately placed on the table which in itself did not seem very clean. We would love to visit again if the standards are brought up to a decent level.
Nürnberg brauchte ein südindisches Restaurant mit authentischen südindischen Gerichten und sie bekamen eine. Es ist ein kleiner gemütlicher Ort, der nur ein wenig Biss ist, aber das Essen ist wirklich gut und authentisch. Der Service ist sehr hilfreich und verdient. Die Idli und die Dosa wurden frisch zubereitet und serviert köstlich und warm. Eine Reise nach Dakshin lohnt sich, wenn Sie von naan zum Butterhühner müde sind.
It is a place that is hard to reach using public transport, but is very much worth the visit. We went there mainly for Dosa, and were not disappointed. The food was good, and the chef was experimenting and asking for reviews. This was really encouraging.. Can 't wait to visit again. Please note that the board in front does not say 'Dakshin '
