Front desk staff on the phone with friend the whole duration of time I was checking in. Maintenance man came to my room to fix tv with no shoes on tank top and shorts. Toilet stopped up never got fixed. No phone in the room sealing fall apart in left upper corner of room. Mold in the bathroom and the ceilings. This is not 3-star but This is 3rd class hotel.Never stay in this hotel.Room has dirty smell.Elevator was not working, no one care about it.Hot water not came in bathroom.Before booking they confirmed we will provide airport shuttle during midnight as per request but once we reached airport 12:30 AM and called for shuttle and they said we will not provide shuttle after 12.This is my one of bad experience in my life.
Clean rm spacious. TV kept cutting off.If you miss breakfast 6 9 no complimentary coffee/hot water nothing but vending machines w no coffee. Also extra 60$ deposit for RM cash or card not advertised on website. Loitering in front hotel at night?????? Not a good look. Looks questionable outside but inside clean smells good n I got a good night's rest.
After I booked, I went to look at the reviews (I know that was kind of backwards)? but we decided to stay anyway and it was not a bad stay....the room was clean and the staff was very nice. The location isn't all that but overall it wasn't a bad experience at all!
