Hello, I did not stay in the hotel but I had contact with the staff following a cancellation of stay. everything is unfortunately extremely well gone. the cancellation was my fact and the hotel in its right to refuse but after contact with the team a solution was brought to me. contact was pleasant professional understanding courtesy I didn't have the leisure to go to the place but following his contacts I will not hesitate to book if I have to go back to aix. cordially
