My family cost DeLucia's pizza for 3 of the 4 generations of DeLucias. You would be pretty hard pressed to meet a pristine, exquisite example of what a Neapolitan pizza should be. And for you people who DeLucia 's pizza is 'overcooked' You obviously have 't a clue how pizza is *supposed * to be cooked.
Epic. This is the best pizza in NJ hands down. The crust is perfect with an incredible taste, the sauce is perfection. The perfect amount of cheese. We travel 45 minutes each week for Delucias Pizza!
I have 2 favorite pizzas and this is one of them. Great plus for DeLucia is that the Calzones should die here! Real Brick Furnace, the other pizza places not to compare!
