Once a Jack Always a Jack? I am most certainly a real person and customer....I ate at Debra 's every day of the week, don 't have time to review or make fake posts. Funny how so many new reviews only positive) seem to be popping up every day now, not when Debra, her regular customers ate there every day! Most owners of any type of business would welcome criticism good or bad....and not attack a customer with what you 've replied! I 'd be happy to sit down and discuss my review. I wish you the best, but you 're already alienating all the regulars from not eating there any more....and that is truly sad. When I said OUR restaurant...I meant it, without us there will be no Debra 's! Cheers! We 've been going here for over 20 plus years....Always great food and a great old time diner feel. Donna was always welcoming, went out of her way to make you feel at home. New owners and they 've destroyed the atmosphere, took down all the art, pictures! One was painted by a WWII veteran, painted the walls looks like a nursing home) and raised the prices, a lot) after Donna the previous owner had done twice; understandably.. Now a $9.00 breakfast including tip was $13.00! Great way to ruin OUR restaurant! Not going back..sad.
This isn't Debra anymore? The service was terrible, could not even get a refill on my coffee. What used to be a very happy place to go for a great breakfast, great service and happy people has turned into a morgue. Not a smiling waitress, terrible service and food not the same. I'm sorry that you go to Donna, who hears it, now has to find out how it runs with the same sparkling service and attention to detail and food. A pancake, a piece of the hardest, worst banana bread and two single cups of coffee, because the waiters were too busy to ignore the customers, let me go without paying, but my consciousness wouldn't leave me. It has become zero for service and zero for food. Wouldn't take my dog now! Bad vibes, unfortunate waitress and bad food! Who bought this place should have learned from Donna how to cook and operate the establishment because it hit the rock floor. Won?t see my family there again, and I'm sure the regulars won? never set foot in there again. New owner you better put together because my experience stunk!
Everything was delicious! Our server Angie was friendly, knowledgeable and fast! She was also very attentive to a food allergy we informed her about without being reminded. The restaurant is clean and the food is more than inexpensive. Mostly I love that they are opened at 6 o'clock so you can get a great breakfast before work or school! Cosy atmosphere, friendly clientele and wonderful service. I highly recommend it!
Decided to try Debras this morning at 6:15 and what a surprise I went! A hidden jewel of the palm beaches! Service was clearly the best place in the city! Natalie was just the cherry up there! Make yourself a favor and stop for not only the best breakfast, but also lunch! Thank you!
