Deep Pan Pizza And B-q

Ordered at 5.53pm to be told delivery will be 1hr 10mins . Called at 1hr 40 mins to see where it is , to be told it’s just left . Called another 30mins later as I live 7mins away to be told it left so should be there any minute . Told them it will be cold if it left 30mins ago . Turned up 10 mins later , felt the boxes on the door stone cold . Sent him away so over 2 hours wasted on a Saturday night . A Saturday night take away should be a treat not a hassle like it is always at deepan ! Will never order again .

Have ordered from here on a number of times sometimes you get delivery on time but 90%of the time it is late and I mean not just abit late a hour to hour and half late . My son loves the pizza from here just a Shame it is ruined by having to wait ages for it . No update either or call to say its running late and when u try and ring no one answers. Not great customer service

Ordered at 17.20. Told food would be delivered 18.21 Rang to check on food 19.00 Told it has just left, be 15 mins. Rang again 19.50 as still no food. Food arrived, quite cold ,soon after. Asked the driver why it was so late, he replied don 't have a f!@king go at me,ring the f#!King restaurant . All in front of our young children. Will never use them again.

Missing a 11” pizza and garlic mayonnaise from my order. The cheesy chips were soggy and tasteless. 11” half half pizza was cold, the whole order was poor quality to be honest felt like it was either sat waiting for the driver or been for a ride around town before it got to us. Ordered for years from Deep pan but the service and quality has gone down hill

Terrible service waited 1hr 30mins still no food, when I complained they cancelled my order!! Don’t waste your time
