Modern restaurant, contemporary decor and lighting with no sign of stuffed animals anywhere, very un-Austrian! Friendly welcome from the staff, comprehensive menu with plenty to suit all tastes from traditional dishes to steaks, burgers pasta and pizza. I had an excellent Wiener schnitzel that was thin and succulent, my wife chose deep fried chicken breast with pumpkin seed coating, also excellent. They served a very good Zweigelt wine, followed by a good coffee with a small chocolate sweetie. Hazelnut Schnapps to finish made for two very happy campers and all for 50euro, excellent value and well worth a big thumbs up!
Wir waren hier an unserem zweiten Abend in Zell am See. Wirklich schön gedeckte Tische, viel Platz und eine wirklich schöne Atmosphäre. Wir bestellten das Steak, 200 g. Als es herauskam, sah es eher so aus, als wären es 200 g GEKOCHT. Es war ein riesiges Stück Steak, perfekt zubereitet und voller Geschmack. Wir hatten einen großartigen Service und können Leuten, die in Zell am See übernachten, 100 % empfehlen, hier mindestens einmal zu essen.
The menu is an interesting combination of Italian and Austrian food. Many good-looking salads! I ended up to traditional Austrian soup with slides of pancake swimming in it, and wienerschnizel with fries and cranberry jam. The soup was of Very good! The schnizel was best ever. The cranberry jam was partcularly Good. Nice athmosphere and service. Absolutely go there!
Customer service here was awesome as was the food. It was one of our friends birthdays and the restaurant put up a banner, played happy birthday music and brought out a dessert with sparklers. The waiter that served us was delightful, giving us advice on wines and food. Food was tasty and very reasonably priced!
