Deli Dine - Tisch reservieren

I had been given birthday vouchers in March so after lockdown was over I was finally able to use them in July. As regular customers my husband and I was really looking forward to visiting your establishment. However, it was an awful experience and I...felt that the money spent on my birthday vouchers was completely wasted. Upon entering we noticed that several tables and many chairs were stacked up against the walls which we thought was very unsightly. Clearly no forethought had been given before reopening after a long time being closed due to COVID. Then there was the wait. We waited and waited and waited. Understaffed with a new staff member who clearly had had no training. It was awkward and embarrassing. We waited minutes for our drinks and a further mins for our food. There were other tables in. All of which looked and shared our complete disbelief at the set up. We did complain politely but were just met with excuses. Who wants to look at stacks of chairs and tables at the side of where you are eating. After many enjoyable visits we won’t be returning. One regular waitress is lovely and was running around doing everything but we are no longer confident in spending our money in this establishment. To top it off we had to tell said waitress there was no soap in the toilets. Also it is not nice watching a chef using an e-cigarette by the door of the kitchen.

since deli and dine we have always decided to eat here when we dive into retford. We used to have a delicious meal. today I went with a friend and my partner here with his daughter to separate times. When we met later, we all said how disappointed we were. Yes, they were short staff, but eating was not up to its previous standard, it was just ok. compared to what it was earlier. eating seemed not of good quality, it was badly presented. very simple. the toilets were inadmissible and not hygienic. the good was the personal. a shame. I just hope they'll come back to their old standards.

orange juice served without glass, skorn served with squirty cream instead of tinted cream, all foods arrived separately and forget food. service was not available. this place is under new management and it shows. I will not return.

Buyer Beware! Dare to stay in their car park for a few minutes and Premier Park Ltd will be sending you a fine for Don't waste your money on this grasping dishonest bunch. For that price, their mediocre fare just isn't worth it.

I and my daughter spend a lot of our time together in the Deli staff are friendly and eating alway really nice great work youngs
