good apotheke, the staff is polite. I have worked in an apotheke, I can feel with the personal when it is busy! and it may sometimes seem that the personal ignores them, that is not the case. They prepare scripts/medications for other customers who are patiently waiting or cut out from the apotheke for a moment. the personal would not specifically ignore the customers when I was there.
