I used the restroom at the location and it smells as if the sewer is venting into the men's restroom. And the menu was filthy with something smeared on it. This location needs some one to manage it properly. Took 30 minutes to receive our food with only maybe 3 tables seated in the restaurant. When food arrived the lady dropped the plates on the table and just walked away. We never received our toast with our meal. I had to walk up to the counter to ask for hot sauce. Second cup of coffee came after we finished our meal. Some teens made alot of commotion then lit off a firework in the restaurant that smell so rotten and no one addressed the issue. Silverware was dirty as well. This has been one of the worst experiences at this location. We use to love eating here and now it is just a bad experience every time.
Our experience was alright. The restaurant was very busy and they were under staffed, so orders and checks took a long time. I have to give the staff credit though... everyone that was working were busting their butts to take care of customers as much as they could. Many people were crammed into the waiting area either waiting for a table or waiting to check out. Our breakfast was good, but my egg order wasn't correct. Bathrooms were leaky and dirty.
You said wait 40 minutes when the square was 2/3 empty. We said we were waiting, but they wouldn't let us sit at a table. Never come back. We didn't care to wait for them to get caught and be served, we noticed standing for 40 minutes (or leaving), when the place was empty and many clean tables just exist and talk to my group (of 4) comfortably.
This location is great! The service is always speedy and respectful no matter the time of day. We?ve had Elise as our server multiple times and she always greets us with a smile on her face and treats us really well. Definitely recommend this location for a late night bite to eat!! ?
