Dear general manager, nelson is problematic. my partner and I visited waffle house and denny’s. typically we buy a few eggs, sausage, speck and toast. two drinks. tonight we did something similar:SmoothieEggsSausage Coffee-EggsBaconNelson asked us about our order when we were in order, I said yes. he brought the food back. he stood over us and asked again, are you sure you're okay? I can buy her food me: what? him: usually order the people more. I can buy your food if you can't afford it. I'm sorry, go away from me. I'm gonna pay 6. general manager, I'm not sure why nelson thought it was appropriate to accept something about us. the question and positioning was rude several times. it was insensitive. it was restless. I was passing through Collinsville the other day and almost drove right bye Dennys just off 55. There are some tall vegetation.That put aside, I was seated immediately and had a water shortly after being seated.I ordered the French toast Grand Slam. It arrived quickly with plenty of syrup in a large decanter. My eggs were cooked properly, the bacon and sausage also.
eating was quite good and the atmosphere was relaxed. our waitress was great! she came with much positive energy and was very attentive. it was pretty busy, but we managed to get relatiw fast and out.
