Diamó - Tisch reservieren

Marvelous. We have gone several times. The spectacular starters, both those with a spoon, such as the stew, as well as the traditional ones with their distinctive touch, such as octopus, croquettes or mushroom cannelloni. The meats melt in the mouth and the cod with its candied pepper to lick your fingers. Desserts...impossible to decide. I have eaten good French toast, but this is better than any other, the cheesecake is a strong cheese, not very sweet and with a very particular flavor. The next time the Catalan cream millefeuille and the coffee soufflé are not to be missed. The treatment more than exceptional. Pleasant staff, very aware of the diners in their service and well-being. It has been a pleasure. we will repeat again

Diamó is a safe bet of excellent quality in the Benasque Valley. Magnificent attention and excellence in its gastronomy. Inescapable appointment in Castejón from my point of view. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
