Easy! Hands down 5+ starts!! The main entrance is a bit deceiving but the place is huge and very welcoming. The left is the restaurant, the right is the bar and of course I turn right and fortunately, got James at the bar. He's extremely knowledgeable about the beers and the brewery itself. He served me a flight of four distinct flavorful beers (couple of IPAs, Pilsner and a Kolsch) Photo Op was my favorite of the four.The bar also offers the full menu from the adjoining restaurant. I ordered a buffalo burger with chicken, and that was also as flavorsome as the beers. Prefect place to spend a few hours with friends or family!
Who doesn't love a local brewery? What made this visit even better was the friendly and knowledgeable staff (2 young men whose names I did not get) who were ready, willing and able to discuss beer, not just District 96's but what's happening in the beer scene in general. Had the opportunity to sip a couple of their offerings and try a couple of other samples. I'm sure this place gets rockin' on a Friday or Saturday night, but this was early so the bartenders had plenty of time to interact with me. Absolutely on my list of places to return to!
what a beautiful brewery. I went at 2:30 a.m. on a Sunday and it was nice and quiet. every beer we chose was great. talking points were a nice classic, smooth vienna camp. the wilson was a drachenfruit cocosnussaurier. summer crush was a beautiful pfirsich blonde ale. but surprisingly, the silent majority album was my favorite, it was only on another level. I wanted to take a 4 pack home, but they didn't have it, so we ended up with a witbier with us. highly recommended with a small group of 2-4 people. the burger loft has great food.
bier's okay. the bar area smells unclean. I had to ask the bartender to clean the cash. waited 10 minutes for utensils and serviettes after eating came. 10 minutes waiting for water. the place was packed with a bartender on a Monday night.
