.... it's a winery, one of the largest of the appellations of wines of the JURA if you want to spend a good time, it is imperative to make an appointment : the house can then organize you a wine tasting accompanied by a brunch (paying of course) so on March 11th, we spent more than 2 hours in the wine cellar, sucking all the wines that interest us (or all the white plates)

Ein Besuch dder Domaine Rolet lohnt sich. Das Weingut produziert die klassischen Weine des Jura in hoher Qualität zu vernünftigen Preisen. Besonders zu empfehlen die hervorragenden Vins jaunes, die neben dem oxidierten Stil eine besondere Frische zeigen. Beachten sollte man auch die älteren Jahrgänge, die in einer Art Schatzkammer angeboten werden.
