I don 't like to give bad ratings, but this time I have to. Let me explain it in more detail than I usually do. Although we found out afterwards that there was a wedding inside, but the first waitress came to us at least 20 minutes after we set down. First beer arrived after another 20 minutes. We could order the food after then, but didn 't receive it until the next 50 minutes. The whole visit took us more than two hours, an only that much, because another group set down to our table, saying you are leaving right ? About the food: The only soup available was so salty, the the sprinklered dill on top couldn 't help. The ordered schnitzel was salty as well, but the pork was so chevy, Gordon Ramsay would say: Han Solo wants it to fly the Millennium Falcon. So yeah, there is space to improve...
After travelling 300 kilometers on a chill November day, we were hunting for a place to eat. Luck would have it, that we walked into the Restaurant zum Domherren . Kitchen opens, after an afternoon break, at 17:00. The room is cosy and the furnishings are really special. We were greeted cheerfully and the help with choosing our dinner was just outstanding. The food is cooked individually, the dishes are truly tasty and attractively arranged. We enjoyed the experience so much, that we went back the next evening. I highly recommend this Restaurant for a true local experience.
Innovative, dennoch bürgerliche Küche. Kleine Speisekarte, dafür aber Spitzenqualität. Liebevoll und raffiniert zubereitete Gerichte. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Historisches Ambiente, verspielt, aber liebevoll zusammengestelltes Interieur. Fazit: ein Muss für Jeden, der Essen genießen will. Klasse.
