I love everyone there. I think they are very kind, but there is one dude there who gives me vibes like he doesn’t wanna be there and it isn’t very welcoming.. My pizza was also cut like this and they almost forgot my 2 L drink and tried to also give me a tiny drink.. I told him Ranches and Icing because that’s what I had On my order And he only gave me the two ranches.. I was also waiting for my pizza like I was supposed to and they told me they would bring it out to me, but they didn’t and I had to go back through after 30 mins of waiting.. I noticed usually it’s only the nighttime workers.. This happened 10:20 pm.. When I was also waiting for my pizza, I seen some dude with Dark long hair, pretending like he was shooting a shot in the air and I just seen them messing around didn’t think it was very professional.. during that time too I believe pizza was already done because It said my order was done at 10:20 and I had to go in through the drive thru there at 10:28.. Like I said great place any other time just not at night! my whole pizza is one big circle no cuts, barely??
This place needs entirely new staff. This used to be my go to for to go pizza and after every order I 've done this past year being wrong I finally threw in the towel a few weeks ago. I received a pizza that wasn 't cooked all the way, basically raw dough. The same night my mother ordered food for herself and my sister (different houses) and both of their orders were wrong as well. When she called to let them know they kept hanging up on her or immediately putting her on hold. I reached out to the email the company provides to let them know how awful this location is and of course got a thanks for letting us know we care type of email back. Then today my friend decides to order from here after me giving a warning not to and of course it 's all messed up as usual. Just do yourself a favor and save your money. This place is horrible.
I had ordered online and got delivered to my house. The delivery driver name was Leigh she was really rude I order garlic parmesan bites and brought me ranch for the bites which on there it's mariana I nicely went out to her car and asked her was this supposed to be Mariana she said yes so I said well this is ranch so she said with a smart attitude well do you want me to go back and get it for you I said yes and she cussed me out and drove off really fast that was not very prefessinaol. And it took her a whole hour to bring the sauce back. Make sure y'all check the orders before y'all leave to deliver. She brings it back and leaves it on my porch and didn't knock or anything just left it on my porch.
Literally just ordered from there. I dont know why I keep doing that. They never make the crust the way I order and I knew they wouldn't. I placed my order and immediately tried calling to let them know about the crust so maybe I could get it right. Waited on hold for literally 15 minutes (I can gladly provide proof of that) with no answer. Husband gets home and only his pizza is right. Im over this place. I'll find a different pizza place.
