I have never been so disappointed in a pizza place before. I visited this location in passing through on a vacation and the food was horrible. I asked to speak to a manager and one came to address the situation. I believe his name is Craig. He was down right rude to me. The language he spoke was very unprofessional. The way he even spoke to the workers while addressing this situation was unbelievable. What stumped me the most is that he told me he was the one that prepared the pizza. I told him no way because the way that pizza looked and tasted, there was no way a manager prepared that. And he said that they were short-staff so he had to help out a little bit but nonetheless he was super rude to me and he did not fix the situation. He told me to go take my pizza and enjoy it. Never offered to remake it or refund me.

These folks are old school and I love it. They know how to make the best pie this side of the Cumberland. I swear to god, the only mistake I made was not ordering two. You can taste the freshness and love infused into each and every bite. I wonder if I could somehow get their dough recipe. My delivery driver was friendly and surely had a warm heart and strong intellect. Do yourself a favor and order a pie from this fine local establishment. Toodles!
I ordered two consecutive days. on the first day, the personal talks with each other again and again without visiting the customer when the order status was ready. on the 2nd day they said that pizza had been in many times, but the status was so complete in the loading display and also in the app...Quality of baking is in comparison to my previous experiences in other stores not acceptable to eat at least 20% of the part because of hardness/dryness.
