First, the pizza from this Domino site gets always 10. I order deep dish with extra cheese, beef and pepperoni well made. I pay for it, but it's worth it. My only problems are that. Last week I tried to use the $3.00 free to get it myself. It would not work on online ordering so we tried to get the discount. They wouldn't give it. The person said you can't use it. So we just said OK and left. Tonight I used the app and got my order. I used the tracking and when the app said it was done, I went in. The opposite, I said I can't find it. Then came back and said you'll have to wait while we get back. Where is he? You said, since you wanted to do it well, we have to give it back. What? If you can't find it, I think it wasn't done. So... I waited until they became “remade” and then they gave them to me and said thank you. When I worked with food for many years ago, we would offer some kind of compensation. They did not offer updated pizza, free pizza a drink or something... Why do the places forget customer service? Customer loyalty. I just think no one has taught any more basic business practices. A little manner and kindness goes far with me.
