Domino's Pizza - Tisch reservieren

This place is a SCAM!!!!!!!!! I usually do not write reviews; but yesterday I decided to order pizza after working on 3/30/2019 at 11:26p. I followed my order on the pizza tracker; on the tracker it said the food estimate delivery time was 26 minutes to 45 minutes: an hour passed I decided to check the tracker and the tracker showed that the food is quality tested by managers of this place called Ebony. I thought you needed an hour to check the quality of chicken kohlara pasta and think you. that is not even the bread bowl type)? So I waited another 20 minutes and checked the tracker again and the tracker showed me that my food was DELIVERED; I never received a call from the delivery driver; my pizza online profile left guide for the driver to call my mobile number to file before knocking; so I called this place up a man first! I told him about my order that I did not receive that that is delivered; he saw my order and told me that my order HASN 'T BEEN DELIVERED YET; that they intentionally marked it as delivered so that they avoid negative online feedback! That my food was already on his way; I thought maybe you'd let me wait 20 minutes, because the driver was supposed to be on the way after the guy I had spoken. 20 minutes turned into 2 hours 45 minutes and still no food and no call nothing; think I was very hungry while all this happened and had work early the next day; I waited for three hours now for a meal that had never appeared; I call for a food that I was excited for the NIE; and I wanted a refund; it was very hostile, rude and unprofessional; and gave excuse to be short staff; I do not think that it is fair that I must be starved and punished because you are short-circuited; that not how every customer should be treated; no customer for a meal they have never received and then with that's very cruel and evil to cheat and lie to a customer and still load them for something you never delivered; I would never again this place to anyone to eat this experience I was exposed to is very cruel, dishonest and very illegal!!! to do it! That's the worst experience I've ever had. Order at Dominos! Ebony the manager is very ignorant, rude and very unprofessional!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COAL, not even a worst enemy!!

I usually don't go to reviews and complain .. it was at 730 on a Monday when I ordered. My online order was very detailed about the toppings .Also ordered a chicken sandwich . The tracker said it was in the oven, but when I called the store this lady answered and once I asked about my order because I placed it over 45 minutes ago she was very aggressively huffing and puffing .. told me it was on the rack. I knew these women lied. I let it go thought maybe she had a bad day .. my delivery popped up too late for a half hours and the pizza was wrong and looked like a pizza that was canceled and then put back in the oven. This delivery girl was very personable great personality apologizing great attitude when I brought this to her attention she called the shop and I can hear that this lady screams at her? will he want his refund? ?hurry up and back to the store we will deal with it later? ..I asked the delivery driver to ask the manager whether they remake it and discount the mistake and I wait for so long. hung them on the driver, so I called the store. The same lady I heard screaming at this driver took up the shop phone and asked why I called.. then yelled at me? Do you want your money back or not?! When I asked why she yelled at me, she explained that she said one of her children called her shift and short staff. I felt like it wasn't a good reason to yell at me. She said she wasn't interested and hung up the phone .. then my number repeatedly called the wrong pizza back.. I have still never put my money back on my credit cards .. this new management is terrible that they lie and steal from customers .. along with screams to customers they treat their employees horribly at least what I want to see that the delivery girl scream at .. this is so unprofessional in many respects all this aggression and everything I want is pizza for my wife and children I will not come into contact with companies and my credit card is my

After the first bad experience, follow-up orders were good. Once they grounded the order, they were asked to correct it. Original review below We waited 2 hours and then after 3 calls the order stopped. The person who picks up the phone was unapologetic and simply repeated whether we want to cancel the order.

The new manager TT has connected us with an extra burrow that another person has canceled before I got there. The quality of the food was expected compared to my other experiences with other Dominos. I will definitely go back to get TT'w customer service.

Awesome staff, great food, competitive prices. I'm really glad they put a store in this area. I definitely will return.
