Don CanapeTorremolinos

Our first evening in Torremilinos, was really tired. Flight was 06:30, so had to wake up at 03:30. Didn’t want to go far, in the evening. This is a lovely place. Food and service was really great. The waiter kept bringing food, had a complimentary Canapés of the house, then aubergines served with the local honey. Was really nice. We ordered the stuffed peppers with fish for starters. The wife ordered the Lamb Chops, I the steak. Tell you what these guys don’t hold back on the portions. Very good, relaxed service. The house White House wine was rather good. Really full up and stuffed. The place is clean and tidy, although a little bit dated. Then again, very Spanish feel. This is Spain . The bill was reasonable and there was a cheaper choice of a fixed menu.

I went on my mother's recommendation but I didn't get too much is true that it's very economical, the quality of the food lets me wish. I personally ordered sausages and was half raw and of course a jiennense like me could not escape that they were not fried with olive oil. The service is very good. In conclusion: if you want to eat economy is your place.

We could not believe the amount of scrumptious food reasonably priced....eggplant, tapas, shrimp cocktail, soup, sole, salmon, dessert, complimentary glass of wine, along with excellent service in a cozy atmosphere. The menu has a variety of choices. We are looking forward to a return visit.

We go regularly and have never been disappointed. The menu of the day is fantastic and the canapes are superb. Go there hungry!!!
