I ordered the 1/4 quarter white meat chicken, fried yucca and coleslaw. When the lady asked me for my number I gave her the receipt. I picked up my order and took an Uber home. I got home and the chicken breast tasted like it must’ve fallen into the charcoal. It tastes really gritty. I called the restaurant manager and gave her my complaint. She asked me for my ticket number. I told her it was 294 and I gave it to the woman behind the counter. The manager said that it was not the right number and asked what I ordered and I told her. She said in order to get my money back I had to pay for an Uber to bring the platter back. That doesn’t make sense for me to pay an Uber to pick me up and take me home. That’s way too expensive. I’m handicapped. She refused to give me a refund on my debit card. I will never ever go there again. I don’t recommend anyone to eat there or order takeout. I already informed my family and friends. I feel like I was taken advantage of. Parking: I took an Uber, he found parking and waited for me.

The chicken and fried rice are very salty. This is by far the first chicken I have ever had in my life. I don’t recommend this place.
