I ordered a salted caramel brew. When I got it, did not have the burnt sugar on top. When I asked for it, woman said they have been out of it for 2 weeks and there is nothing she could do. It was 6:28 pm on a Sunday night stopping to get coffee , went through the drive thru no one answered that so went to front of store got out and doors where locked. But the store hours said they were open until 7:00pm, not good customer service.
