Walked in, no hello, no acknowledgment, only one customer sitting down, two workers talking. Yup…Dunkin never ceases to amaze me. Bad service in Florida…bad service in Lorton. I tried Dunkin…I really tried. ??
I stopped by Dunkin' after work and was greeted by Noureen who provided excellent customer service with a friendly smile. The service was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated.
Please hire additional staff, as there are not enough workers for Saturday and Sunday mornings. It is necessary to hire more people and ensure they work quickly.
