Dunkin' - Tisch reservieren

Apart from some check-out problems, the quality and service is good. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. the bagel was perfectly roasted. that was a afternoon order and my experience on other places was stale bagels on the afternoon. this location, however, served a very fresh bagel. While I still think that Dunkin cream cheese really lacks taste, it was an ok supplement to the bagel. I also ordered a decaf ice cream with unsweetened cocosnus and vanilla. I asked about milk, but they were out. that seems to be quite common lately. the coffee tasted like its Christmas mix. not so sure it was decaf. I noticed that when I order two flavors, they sometimes reduce the number of dishes. that happened this time. I enjoyed the taste of the Christmas mix, but was disappointed with the tastes.

Terrible service. Staff and management sucks. Always yelling at customers to hurry up or yelling at them if there was a mistake to the order. No professionalism what so ever. The standards of cleaning are so unbelievably low at this location I would becareful eating here especially anything hot food wise. No one cares about customer service, only about making a quick buck. Thislocation charges everyone extra items and refuse to hand out the receipts. I encourage everyone to ask for their receipt ifyou're reading this. If 0 stars was an option I would rather do that. Such a terrible place, hope they get shut down at somepoint if enough people complain.

Totally disappointed at this Dunkin donuts. Multiple times when we place orders online and you walkin they are never ready. Sometimes you have to stand in the store for a few minutes before anybody even comes out to check on you. Today my wife stoppedto pick up an order on her way to work that we had placed online and you guess it, it was not ready. Once she got in her carand started heading to work and opened up the bag she found her English muffin it was not toasted but they did put the butter onit.

I ordered coffee and snacks around 1 pm on 01/11/2022, had a super bad customer service experience. Didn?t get the name of the server on the drive way but she literally ruined my mood by her rudeness. This was just a 1 min interaction and she had noreason to be rude. Hopefully they will replace this worker soon

this dunkin is my favorite. they always have the freshest donuts and the freshest coffee. I wish they were 24 hours. Directions-in at 10 o'clock and open at 6 o'clock
