Absolutely terrible. We were trying to get into the store at 8:00, the store closes at 9:00. I saw teenage workers were looking over from the counter and as soon as I pulled there handle for the door, they hid under the counter, clearly visible. The door was locked and they were still looking over from the counter to check if we had left. I looked from the drive thru window and saw them clearly. They ran to the back and one of them opened the drive thru window and as he was doing so, he was laughing. Never coming here again.
came in for coffee doughnut and as well use the bathroom. Lady was friendly but as I watch the rest were on phones sitting on milk crates. which is OK to me. Yet bathroom was disgusting not flushed and couldn't use. The coffee I had was very bitter and doughnuts were not fresh
Great customer service. Their donuts are always fresh and they make the best iced signature caramel lattes.
