do not use their app when they plan to get eat there. if they use it to order before they pick up when they arrive there, the workers will not even have looked at the order until after their arrival. "oh, they are waiting for something? "in that did, they are better not with the app at all (especially if any actions are involved, e.g. national coffee day) or go to the dunkin donuts on center street.
Lovely service at this location. The women there are so friendly and helpful.
