Dunkin' - Tisch reservieren

I've never experienced a DD so poorly run than this one. Every single time I've been there, my order has been messed up. I keep giving them another chance because it's right down the road from me and the next one is out of the way, but, I really have just accepted I can't order here anymore. The last time I went, I even had the employee in the drive thru read the order back to me. I ended up with only half of it. I told them this and they gave me half of the missing items. Informed them again. SIX people were standing there trying to understand this issue and I finally had to say it slower and in more detail to finally be given my items. It was absolutely bizarre. My 12 yr old in the passenger seat couldn't understand why this was even happening. Before moving to this location, the DD that closed and reopened here was the best one I've ever visited. I've thrown in the towel with this place.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a normal experience at this store. The staff is just not good. Zero effective communication and zero customer service. It’s always the opposite of what it should be at this location. Just an fyi.
